Cleanroom Sticky Mats (also known as Tacky Mats) are the first line of defense against footborne and wheelborne contamination. Each mat consists of multiple layers of adhesive-coated PE film that effectively strips dirt, dust, and particulates from shoes and equipment wheels as they enter a controlled environment.
Wuxi Qida's sticky mats are designed for critical environments such as semiconductor fabs, pharmaceutical labs, and aerospace assembly lines. Each mat features 30 or 60 layers, numbered for easy tracking. When the top layer becomes saturated with debris, it is simply peeled away to reveal a fresh, highly effective adhesive surface. Our proprietary adhesive formula is "pressure-sensitive," meaning it captures dust without feeling overly sticky or pulling shoes off feet.
