Stainless Steel Surface Protection is a high-performance PE film engineered to safeguard the "superior" quality of steel sheets and coils during shearing, punching, and laser cutting. Our stainless steel films are manufactured with a specialized "low-residue" adhesive system that is chemically inert. This ensures that the film does not react with the chromium-rich passive layer of the steel. For brushed finishes like No. 4 or Hairline, we provide higher-tack films that "wet" into the texture to prevent the ingress of abrasive dust. For mirror-finished "No. 8" steel, our ultra-low tack films provide a gentle grip that peels away effortlessly, revealing a flawless, showroom-ready surface. By acting as a sacrificial barrier, Qida film allows for the tight stacking and handling of sheets in industrial environments, significantly reducing scrap rates and the need for secondary polishing.
